Short description
This educational module is part of an Erasmus+ project funded by the European Commission. It aims to help parents and teachers identify, address, and prevent mental health problems in adolescents. Based on scientific evidence, the module provides tools for early detection, effective communication strategies, and action protocols for at-risk cases.
Objectives of the module
- Raise awareness among parents and teachers about the importance of adolescent mental health and the factors affecting it.
- Provide tools for the early identification of psychological distress in adolescents.
