Good practice 2: Climatics, a network project

Duration: 60 hours during two school years

“Climàtics” is an innovative project that connects the three schools of Súria (Catalonia) and the local radio station. The three schools work together to create motivational actions of Green Schools, jointly coordinating the radio program called 'Climatics, the radio with best weather' which gives visibility to the sustainable actions carried out by the educational centres in coordination with the City Council and other organisations, such as the Municipal Radio Station or the public Library.

1.  In the classroom, a green school theme is worked on based on the methodology of each centre.
2. The sections of the program are drawn up according to what is being carried out in class.
3. Teams are formed to prepare and write the radio text for their section.
4. Rehearsals, oral expression techniques, vocal techniques, etc.
5. The marketing of the program was developed.
6. Finally, we went to the radio station and recorded part of the program there.
7. The podcast is created and uploaded to different platforms.
8. The program is listened to at home and in class.
