Module 1.4: Reading
Project execution/implementation
Project execution/implementation is the process of completing a project according to the plan and within the specified time, cost and quality constraints. It involves coordinating the efforts of all project team members and managing the resources required to complete the project. The main goal of project execution/implementation is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Effective project execution/implementation for school teachers requires clear communication and collaboration with other educators, school administrators, and students. In many cases the involvement and contribution of other persons, such as a parent who is a farmer in a school garden project or the local university in a learning the utility of insects project may be required. The teacher, who is leading the project, must have strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities, and that resources are used efficiently. The teacher also needs to be able to handle any issues or changes that may arise during the project and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
Additionally, regular check-ins with school administrators and parents to ensure that the project is meeting the needs and expectations of all stakeholders is a key aspect of successful project execution/implementation. Furthermore, teachers need to be able to monitor and evaluate the progress of their project and make adjustments as necessary in order to achieve their educational goals and objectives.
Project execution/implementation it is the most time-consuming process but it’s the simpler one as the planning is appropriate. Project managers describe it as moving pones around, beautiful when planned well and miserable otherwise. Finally, is a more often a none linear process and you have to wait till the end to see the results. So, it is very important to be patient and wait for the results. (Figure 7)

Think of reasons why the results are not proportional to time?
